ReplyDeleteThe first couple of times I did back probing on a TPS I had the same problem that you did and I was sure I was on the middle lead You can just subtract 5 volts from your reading and get the actual voltage on the tps IF you want to improve the response of the motor get the closed throttle TPS voltage as close as possible to 5 volts
